Cocoonr offers this charming 42 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in L'Île-Rousse, less than 7 minutes' walk from the beach.
It can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a 29 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. The accommodation comprises - A 29 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and TV - A bathroom with shower and WC Outside area : - A 5 m² terrace, with views of the sea and mountains, facing south-east, with furniture, to enjoy the fine weather The flat is ideally located in L'Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant and dynamic environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - L'Île Rousse beach 750m away & a variety of water sports activities - Numerous signposted trails for hiking, trail walking and mountain biking - Start of the GR20 at Calenzana 27km away - Numerous beaches in the area Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private, numbered parking space, which is secured by an electric gate. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Île Rousse, 1.5km away - Nearest airport: Calvi, 23km away - Île Rousse port 1.7km away - Bastia airport & port 70km away To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
