We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Aveiro (Linha do Norte), is approximately a 30–35 minute drive from the property, offering direct connections to Porto, Lisbon, and other major cities. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) in Porto is about a 1 hour 10–1 hour 20 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

A really lovely flat – everything is brand new and it’s spacious.
However, it’s quite noisy as soon as you open the windows. There isn’t much nearby if you don’t have a car, but there’s an excellent café and bakery opposite. And don’t forget Poço da Cruz beach – it’s stunning.
Excellent communication with the host and the flat is spotless.

We were looking for a quiet place and that’s exactly what we found. We couldn’t hear any street noise at all in the flat. We had a lovely time. We were already familiar with the area, which made everything much easier. Thank you!!

The accommodation is in a new building and is more spacious than it looks in the photos. It’s easy to park on the street and it’s free, and there’s a café and bakery right opposite with excellent quality and service. The only potential issue, as there’s no air conditioning and you have to keep the windows open, is the loud traffic noise from the road running right beneath the house.
