Cocoonr offers this charming 25 m² flat in Calenzana to rent for up to 2 people.
Situated on the ground floor with a separate entrance, it comprises a lovely 10 m² living area with a sleeping area, a fully fitted kitchen, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a private garden of around 160 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 10 m² living area with a TV and a sleeping area featuring a double sofa bed (sleeps two)
- A separate, fully-equipped kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, hobs and a dining area
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A private garden of approximately 160m²
- A private west-facing teak terrace of 22m² with a parasol, garden sofa, table and stools
Unfortunately, the property is not ideally suited for people with reduced mobility.
For further information: - Gate: 93 cm wide with a 12 cm step (an access ramp is required) - Interior doors: 77 cm wide - Diagonal distance between the bathroom cabinet and the shower: 83 cm The flat is ideally located in Calenzana, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.
A car is recommended to access the shops and visit the region. Activities : - Start of the GR 20 in the centre of the village - Calvi on the Rocks Festival Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Calvi-Sainte-Catherine airport: 15km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Bed linen and towels included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
