We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Aveiro (Linha do Norte), is approximately a 10–12 minute walk from the property, offering direct connections to Porto, Lisbon, and other major cities. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) in Porto is about a 55–60 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Step into our delightful triplex in the heart of Aveiro, perfect for five adventurers! Enjoy the modern and rustic vibe, complete with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy loft, and ample natural light.

The house is clean and tidy and in a perfect location but unsuitable if you are unable to use stairs. We did have an issue with a blockage in the kitchen sink and dishwasher which did emit a smell throughout the apartment that hopefully will be rectified for future guests.

The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The flat was very clean, but unfortunately there were no tea towels, washing-up tablets or sponges in the kitchen, and the balcony was smaller than it looked.
Overall, it’s good, particularly because of the cleanliness and communication. The accommodation is suitable for 4–6 people, especially families.

The house was exactly as described by the host and in the photos posted. Communication was quick and efficient.
As for the accommodation, it was very well situated for getting around the city.
