Il Bell’Arco is a spacious private apartment inside the home of one of the Maremma’s most acclaimed wine-producing families, in the walled medieval heart of Massa Marittima. It sits just above the family’s own wine shop — the perfect pour for sunset on your private terrace, with views toward Elba, Montecristo, and Corsica.
Inside, restored family furniture mixes with original paintings by local impressionist Massimo Luschi (commissions available). The apartment flexes to one or two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, and living room, plus a plant-filled courtyard for al fresco dining.
Everything is walkable — shops, wine bars, restaurants — with Pisa 1h20, Florence 2h, and Rome 2.5h away for day trips. Your onsite host offers concierge help with tours, tastings, and reservations throughout your stay.
