The building from the early 1900s is located in one of the beautiful alleys that characterize the island of Ortigia and has been recently renovated. Please note that this property is managed by Dimore in Sicily, which requires the signing of a rental agreement pursuant to Articles 1571 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code.
This includes registration of the documents required for issuing the invoice.
These documents are used exclusively to fulfill tax and public safety obligations, as required by Italian law. A 4.0% tourist tax per person, per night, is payable upon check-in, for a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 7 nights.
A security deposit is also required to cover any damage to the apartment. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.

Additional rules: At check-in you will be asked to show a photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian law on vacation rental.
