Modern Summer House with Comfort and Space for the Whole Family:
This newly built summer house from June 2025 combines modern architecture with practical solutions and plenty of comfort.
The open floor plan and large windows provide a bright and inviting atmosphere, with attention to every detail. You'll have everything needed for a successful holiday – from a spacious activity room and roomy kitchen/living area to large terrace areas with wellness features and ample space for play in the garden.
Cool evenings are best enjoyed in the central living area, where you can relax on the sofa, play games, or watch movies, while others compete in the adjacent activity room. The house includes 4 bedrooms, a loft with additional sleeping spaces, and 2 bathrooms.
In the adjoining annex, there's another bedroom and a private bathroom – perfect for grandparents or teenagers seeking extra privacy. Bed Distribution: 5 double beds 2 sleeping spaces in the loft. The summer house is non-smoking, and rental to youth groups is not permitted. Bed linen packages, baby cots and high chairs can be purchased as add-ons, and consumption is paid for after your stay. Terrace Enjoyment, Wellness, and Child-Friendly Outdoor Living: The outdoor area of the house is just as inviting as the interior.
The large wooden terrace wraps around the entire house, allowing you to find sun, shade, or shelter throughout the day. Enjoy your morning coffee in peace, sunbathe, or treat yourself to a cold drink on warm days. In the evening, the family gathers around the grill, and the day concludes in the spacious outdoor spa, where the whole family can relax under the stars.
The covered terrace also provides a cozy setting for long summer evenings – regardless of the weather. Children will love the garden, which offers a sandbox, play tower, and plenty of space for ball games and play.
