House Details
The summer house accommodates 12+2 people and offers plenty of space for socializing and relaxation.
It has five bedrooms, a loft, and an alcove, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for both children and adults. Sleeping Arrangements: 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90x200 cm), 1 bunk room with 2 mattresses (90x200 cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), Loft with 2 mattresses (80x200 cm) & Alcove with mattress (160x200 cm). There are three bathrooms, making it ideal for larger families or multi-generational holidays.
After a day at the beach, you can relax in the sauna or enjoy the indoor or outdoor spa. For active days and cozy evenings, the annex features a pool table, table tennis, and an arcade machine, providing entertainment regardless of the weather. The house is beautiful and stylish, built with modern materials and a focus on comfort and well-thought-out solutions.
The spacious living areas create an inviting setting for long dinners, cozy moments, and gatherings across generations, groups of friends, and families. The house is non-smoking, and youth groups are not allowed. Bed linen packages, baby cots and high chairs can be purchased as add-ons, and consumption is paid for after your stay. Outdoor Area: The summer house is surrounded by large terraces where you can enjoy both sun and shelter depending on the time of day. There is plenty of space for outdoor living, barbecues, and relaxation in the fresh air. The short distance of only 375 meters to the beach makes it easy to visit the water several times a day. The property also includes a lockable shed and an electric car charging station.
