It features Wi-Fi, has a floor area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises an attractive 49 m² living room with fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, including a master suite with en suite bathroom (with bath), and a second bathroom (with shower). There is also a 130 m² garden.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is made up as follows: Ground floor: - A 49 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. -Ground-floor bedroom with double sofa bed (140x190cm) -Separate WC Upstairs bedroom: - A master suite with king-size bed (180x200) and en-suite bathroom -One bedroom with double bed (140x190) -One bedroom with twin beds - Two bathrooms with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer. Outside : - A beautiful 130 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally situated in Nantes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.

Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's two private car parks.
