We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Central IV, is just a 4-minute walk. The nearest train station, Braga, is just a 14-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 38-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. The property does daily cleaning.
The cleaning team will change towels/sheets every day between 12:00 and 17:00; if you do not need this service, leave the "do not disturb" sign outside your bedroom door. This studio is perfect for guests looking for a pleasant stay.

Welcome to my studio! This stylish 40 m² studio in Braga is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Located on the third floor and accessible by lift, the studio combines innovative design with comfort. The open-plan living area includes a comfortable double sofa-bed, a dining table and a wide-screen TV, which is ideal for relaxing evenings and catching up on your favourite shows. The adjoining kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery.
A dishwasher is also available to make cleaning up effortless, along with ironing equipment for added convenience during more extended stays. On a mezzanine level, a queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens awaits.
The ensuite bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. The flat is in central location, very close to restaurant, bakery, playground and only a few minutes walk to the coach station as well as a very big indoor market. Occasionally, depending on who is staying next door, it can be quite noisy.

Excellent, beautiful and comfortable flats in the best area of Braga How clean and new and like the flats were. And the location couldn't be better!
They sent me a lot of emails, it would have been more practical to have just one email before arrival with all the details.

🌟 Great stay in Braga!
Impeccable flat ideally located, right in the centre of Braga - couldn't be better! Everything is close by: restaurants, shops, historic sites... The accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Smooth communication with the host.
