Welcome to a truly authentic 55 m² Lyon apartment with an 18 m² patio, nestled in the heart of the historic Saint-Georges district, just a few minutes’ walk from the metro, Saint-Jean and Place Bellecour.
Formerly a silk-weaver’s workshop steeped in history, this characterful flat will charm you with its authenticity, exposed beams, French-style ceiling and, above all, its large private terrace of 18 m², a real treat in Vieux Lyon.
Situated on the 2nd floor of a secure Renaissance-style building (no lift), the flat overlooks an inner courtyard and the terrace, offering a particularly peaceful setting despite its central location.
The flat can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers all the comforts you need for a holiday or business trip.
Living areas:
- A handy entrance hall where you can leave your belongings.
- A large, light-filled living room with a French-style ceiling, a sofa bed, an armchair, a large-screen TV, fibre-optic Wi-Fi and direct access to the terrace.
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: induction hob, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and all necessary kitchen utensils.
- Office area / semi-open second room with a sofa bed, a large window overlooking the courtyard and a desk that can be used as a dining table.
The bedroom:

- Walk-in wardrobe with hanging space and hangers

The terrace: a real bonus
Enjoy a private 18 m² terrace – a rarity in Vieux Lyon – ideal for having a coffee, lunch or relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
In summer, a large parasol ensures privacy despite a few windows in neighbouring buildings overlooking the terrace.
Smoking is permitted on the terrace only.
The beds are made up according to the number of guests specified at the time of booking:
1–2 guests: the bed in the bedroom is made up.
3–4 guests: the bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed are made up.
A portable air-conditioner is provided in the accommodation.

You’ll be staying in the historic Saint-Georges district, one of the three iconic districts of Vieux Lyon alongside Saint-Jean and Saint-Paul, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
You can easily reach the following on foot:
- The Saint-Jean district
- Place Bellecour

- The famous traboules
- Lyon’s traditional bouchons
- Shops, cafés and restaurants
The metro is less than 5 minutes away, making it easy to get around Lyon.
