We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is an 20-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Welcome to your ideal getaway in Vila Nova de Gaia! This 93 sqm apartment comfortably hosts 6 guests.

The flat is very good, but some things left something to be desired, such as the cleanliness of the kitchen and the TV, which had a broken screen. There was also no toilet paper, sink scrubber, detergent, or other basic kitchen items. Other than that, everything was fine. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars.

Clean & comfortable Everything was clean and smelled great. The blocked drains in the bathrooms plus one of the showers was impossible to use as it only had a shower curtain and the shower head couldnt be adjusted so all of the water came out yo the whole bathroom floor. Also beds warmer blankets as the ones on the beds are not warm. The heaters aren't strong at all.

The location is close to everything, but it's a long way from the centre. There aren't any shops, and you have to drive everywhere. The price and location are too expensive, and the advert saying it's close to everything is a lie. I wouldn't go back there even if it were free.
