Cocoonr is offering this charming duplex flat for rent in Bolquère, within walking distance of the ski resort.
It measures 73 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), the duplex is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 33 m² living area with a TV lounge and a dining area - An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette and fondue sets... - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) - A bathroom with a bath and shower - Separate toilet First floor: - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190), a TV and a double sofa bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: one double bed (140x190) - A shower room - Separate toilet Outside: - A south-facing balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally located in Bolquère, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars at the foot of the slopes, bowling alley, casino, etc. Mountain activities : - Hiking - Snowshoeing - Downhill or cross-country skiing - Dog sledding - Tree climbing - Downhill mountain biking - Sledging Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. Shuttle buses run between the slopes and the residence. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Font Romeu train station, about 4 km away - Perpignan SNCF train station approx. 84 km away - Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport, approx. 88 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Further notes: - For information regarding the resort’s opening dates, please visit the Bolquère Pyrénées 2000 website. - Pets are permitted, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay; only one pet (cat or dog) is allowed.
Please specify this when booking. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
