The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 29 m² studio flat in Nantes for rent, which can accommodate up to two guests.
Located on the 2nd floor (with a lift), the studio is laid out as follows:
- A 19 m² living area with a TV, a dining area and a double sofa bed (sleeps two)
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included – we’re just waiting for you!
Outside:
- A 4.75 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The studio is ideally situated in Nantes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: - Visit the Château des Ducs de Bretagne and its museum of Nantes history - Discover Le Lieu Unique, a former industrial site transformed into a cultural centre with exhibitions, a café and a bookshop - Explore the Jardin des Plantes in Nantes - Visit Les Machines de l’Île Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park near the flat (paid parking). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Nantes, a 10-minute walk away - Nearest airport: Nantes, 9 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner).
