Lovely renovated cottage in Thorup Strand, 179 square meters, with wonderful wellness facilities under the open sky. The cottage is designed for 12 people with five bedrooms and one of them is located in an annex converted from a ship's wheelhouse.
If you dream of a holiday where many people can be together without compromising on comfort, this newly renovated cottage is an obvious choice.
The combination of an outdoor hot tub for six people, an outdoor sauna and good common rooms makes the house particularly suitable for both the extended family, two families together or a group of friends who want plenty of space and a house that invites you to stay a little longer in the evening.
The cottage is located close to the North Sea and with the beach less than a kilometer away, it is easy to have a swim, a walk along the coast or a quiet moment with a view of the area into the holiday day. The location gives you the classic summer house atmosphere with air around you and plenty of space on the 954 square meter plot.
It is an area that is well suited for holidays with both relaxation and small excursions, and when you return home, the tranquility of the terrace and the good surroundings around the house await you. Inside you will find a house that was renovated in 2026, so you will have a holiday base with an updated look and practical solutions for many guests.
The wood-burning stove creates a natural gathering point in the living room on cooler days, while the energy-saving heat pump heats the floors, which contributes to a comfortable temperature all year round. The layout is designed for community and flexibility with three bedrooms with double beds, two rooms with single beds and a double sofa bed in the living room.
The house has two bathrooms, one of which has two showers, which makes a noticeable difference when many people have to leave the house at the same time, and underfloor heating in the bathrooms provides extra comfort in everyday life. The kitchen is made for holidays where real meals are made.
There is an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and a large 200-liter freezer, so there is plenty of space for both shopping and summer ice cream. Outside, holiday life continues on both an open and covered terrace, so you can move around for sun and shelter during the day. The barbecue makes it easy to gather everyone for dinner, and afterwards you can relax in the sun loungers, take a trip to the spa or warm up in the sauna while the children play on the grounds. The practicalities are also in place: There is wireless internet, two TVs with both Danish and German channels, Chromecast and a games console for quiet evenings indoors.
A washing machine and dryer make longer stays easier, and for the little ones there is both a cot and a high chair.
If you are traveling with a dog, one pet is welcome, and if you are coming in an electric car, there is a charging option with a type 2 charger.
A garage also provides extra convenience. This is a holiday home for those of you who want to combine proximity to the beach with plenty of space, modern comfort and a little extra holiday feeling in the form of a spa and sauna.
Whether you are planning a summer week with children, an extended weekend with friends or a family trip across generations, you will find an inviting setting for your days together.
