Located on the 4th floor (with a lift), the flat is laid out as follows: - A 30 m² living area with a TV, a sofa, a dining area and an open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a hob… - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and a south-east-facing balcony - Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (sleeps two) - A bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan and iron. Outside: - A south-west-facing balcony, accessible from the living room, perfect for enjoying sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Menton, in a very pleasant setting.
